Communicating and working with JoAnn was a delight. She is very pleasant and professional. She listened to our wishes and needs for the trip and guided us along. There were many details involved, particularly because my friend and I were not traveling from the same location. During the trip, she continued to send reminders of any flight changes, etc. We had no unexpected surprises trip wise or for what was quoted as the cost of the trip. Ms . JoAnn was wonderful to work with . My husband gave her the must have list a she made it happened! We honeymoon in Punta Cana and the resort was amazing! She was available when we needed her or had any questions prior to our trip. She kept us updated with flight changes months in advance. She also made sure we had all the documents need to and from our destination! She also checked in to made sure we made it back home without any issues. From the first day of planning JoAnn heard all my concerns, needs and wants . She even went as far as help me with forms on the computer I couldn’t understand.
