Excellent train trip to family gathering near Chicago & onto Glacier National Park

Gordon put a lot of work into all the planning for my excellent Amtrak train trip to first a family gathering near Chicago & onto Glacier National Park in Montana. Some Amtrak segments (such as Boston.? Albany) are suspended this summer; Gordon was able to get me accommodations through NYC. Gordon was also able to get me both hotel rooms & Glacier Park bus tours during the busy peak vacation period.
My health requires a sleeping compartment on the overnight trains, so I don't have to sit up all night in a tight coach seat. Gordon was able to get me sleeper space (sometimes the larger handicapped bedrooms) on all the Amtrak trains crossing much of the continent. This made the trip much more enjoyable, even when the train ran late.

Fantastic Trip, Great Service, Great Guidance!

Gordon and his team have provided great planning and service, again! What an amazing experience. Gordon knows, better than anyone, all the ins-and-outs of traveling , especially to Disney destinations. And, if you have a child or family member with special needs, there's no better resource who can guide you through the needed amenities at the resorts and parks as well as working with TSA and airlines for ease of travel.
Gordon also set up other local excursions and arranged transportation (making it a no-brainer for us) alleviating the stress and logistics that often surround such. Third-party resources, such as adaptive strollers, were also arranged for us and medical supplies were also readily available on location.
The family had a wonderful time and Gordon continued to check in with us during the trip to help with any additional needs and questions. He and his team handled more than we know and guided us through so much; the best of the best!

Gordon is an incredibly knowledgeable and efficient travel agent! He knows all the right people and helped us create an incredibly amazing honeymoon to Ireland, Scotland, and England. The Axus website he created for us was invaluable- containing all of our reservations, confirmations, and documents! He was available just about ALL of the time to answer questions and assist with any travel issues and was genuine determined to help us create our perfect trip.

It's Crystal Clear!

After more than 100 cruises and counting, I've finally sailed on Crystal Cruises. I had the pleasure of sailing on the Crystal Serenity in May and it is WORTH IT. I've sailed on Celebrity, Disney, Cunard, Holland America, Royal Caribbean, Princess, Norwegian, Carnival, Windjammer, and Amadeus and they all pale in comparison. No better service. No better cuisine. No better inclusions. INCLUDES: All meals, including 2 nights in their specialty restaurants, all drinks, fine wine, champagne, top shelf, martinis, soda, coffees, afternoon teas. Room service. TIPS INCLUDED! Booking with our agency usually gets you a few hundred dollars in on board credits. I got a massage and it was one of the best ever on a cruise. They call it "All Exclusive". Thank you Gordon for introducing to Crystal Cruises!
