Such an awesome trip!

Went on second cruise of my life thru Carnival and had the trip of a lifetime -- 7 days in the Mexican Riviera. Since I wasn't an experienced traveler, Joy helped us navigate trip insurance details, cruise packages, boarding and luggage rules, and all the ins and outs of having the best cruise experience. She suggested lots of tips and tricks that only a travel agent can know. All of us enjoyed it immensely. The most relaxing, carefree vacation I had been on in a long time thanks to her!

Joy was an incredible help in planning my birthday cruise to the Mexican Riviera! From start to finish, she was an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, personable, and truly knowledgeable.
I traveled with three of my girlfriends, and coordinating plans for four people with different preferences isn’t always easy. Joy made the process smooth and stress-free. She offered thoughtful suggestions for excursions at each port, helping us narrow down the options. When decision-making got tricky, she even set up a Zoom call so we could all connect, discuss, and make choices together.
Her communication was always clear and timely, and she worked hard to find us the best deals without compromising on quality. Thanks to her expertise and attention to detail, we had an amazing experience.

Best trip ever

It was so exciting to go on a cruise to Mexico for the first time with my adult children and my son's significant other. Joy handled all the details for us seamlessly. This was my daughter's first cruise which made it even more fun and she had an awesome time as well.
I most definitely will do this again with my family. It was loads of fun with lots of food to enjoy. Enjoyed the formal dinner too which was awesome. Thank you Joy for helping me and my family have a great time!

Alaska Cruise Was Wonderful
Joy was an incredible help in planning our Alaska cruise. Her expertise and passion truly made a difference, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that booking through Joy was a few hundred dollars cheaper compared to other agencies online.

Alaska Trip Was Amazing!
We highly recommend Joy Kennelly as a travel agent. Joy helped us this year with our trip to Alaska in May. As a guide, Joy is resourceful, responsive, and on top of the latest trends. She asks questions and listens intently in order to offer the most specific and tailored suggestions.
Since we did not want to take a cruise, we needed Joy's expertise to help us to figure out how to do something most don't do. Joy began our plan by asking what sorts of activities we enjoyed.
She recommended Whittier for a one-day glacier cruise. We learned that seeing bear eat salmon would cost us a $1,000 helicopter ride which we decided to forego. But we were directed to drive through the Kenai Peninsula which was amazingly beautiful and to stop at a local bar and grill which we loved. She encouraged my quirky taste such as our desire to visit a musk ox farm. Overall, our trip was a huge success.
