Where do I even begin.... Right from the beginning Kelsie was very attentive and answered all my questions. She made it very easy to get excited for this trip and even shared her recommendations after her family trip. It was great to be able to get amazing recommendations with our children being close in age and get to experience it all with our children. There was not a single time on the trip that I felt overwhelmed or unprepared. Kelsie helped me understand how to utilize the app and the ins and outs of Disney. Because of Kelsie and her amazing service, my husband and I would be more than happy to return to Disney and also utilize her services once again!

This was a family trip to Disney World and our first time taking are children along with their grandparents. We quickly found out that we have A LOT to learn about Disney World and the all the parks we were going to visit. Kelsie was super responsive to our questions and made planning our trip so much easier than if we had tried to do it on our own. She helped us navigate the Disney World app, provided recommendations that suited our family, and made sure we had no loose ends going into the trip so we could enjoy ourselves instead of stressing during vacay.
