taking care of. She worked with the vendors booking excursions and made sure we had the best deal. Louann made some changes to our resort to our advantage. She was prompt in making sure we were all notified and agreed on the changes. When we arrived at the resort she worked with the receptionist to make sure we were getting the rooms we requested. Numerous times she would ask us if we were having fun and if there were any concerns or questions we had.

We were invited to a destination wedding in Jamaica and the bride had picked LouAnn for the travel agent. We couldn't have asked for a better agent, LouAnn was so pleasant, easy to ask questions of and always got us our receipts promptly. Never having been on a vacation before, LouAnn answered lots of my "silly" questions and was always nice when doing so. I would receomment LouAnn to anyone planning a vacation of any kind. We discussed doing another vacation in 2 years and LouAnn will be the first person I contact to work with! From start to finish, LouAnn was there for us!
