COUNTRIES VISITED:Bahamas, Florida
PLACES VISITED:Cape Canaveral, Castaway Cay, Orlando, Walt Disney World
SUGGESTED DURATION:7 Days
Disney is known for their world renowned service and accessibility to all types of people. Here was a very fun itinerary I created for a family of 4, with a little boy who used a power wheelchair and a parent with Celiac. They were able to make amazing memories, and most importantly, not have to WORRY like they usually do every time they leave the house. This is just one example of how I unpack the stress of your vacations!

Arrival to Orlando
Work with one of my preferred vendors that has wheelchair lift, and private charter to their resort. They check into their deluxe resort, where the staff already know about the guests and how to anticipate their needs. They explore the grounds, unpack, and enjoy a lovely meal that is safe for Celiacs with tons of options.

Magic Kingdom Day
The family had already been approved for the DAS pass (Disability Access Service) and had their first 2 rides scheduled. They had receieved a current Accessibility map of the parks in advance as part of my services, so they had a plan of where they were going to go, and which rides to prioritize. They enjoyed an amazing lunch at Skipper's Canteen, a hidden gem of a restaurant. The end of their evening they enjoyed the Magic Kingdom Fireworks Show, Happily Ever After, while having a comfortable and enjoyable day at the parks.

Epcot Day
Epcot is the hidden gem for younger children and accessible rides. The family had already booked their first two rides with DAS, and had all the details on the fun activities and event, like KidCot. They enjoyed "Eating Around the World" with safe Celiac snacks that I was able to advise. The children loved Turtle Talk with Crush and Remy's Adventure (Ratatouille). They ended the evening with a fantastic Meal & Show seating for the new show, Luminous, with private, specialty seating and dessert party.

Knowing the ship is incredibly accessible, and they take care of all kinds of special diets. The Celiac parents orders their meals for the next day to know they will be absolutely safe, and have so many options. The family sees Mickey and MInnie, and wishes them a goodnight, while the parents enjoy a drink on their balcony.

FINAL THOUGHTS
It was such a pleasure assisting this family. Giving them experiences where they can be a "normal" family and enjoy vacations without fear was such a joy. Every person, whether it's an adult or child, deserves to make amazing memories traveling.
