Cindy helped a group of us plan a wonderful reunion cruise. From start to finish, she provided exceptional service. Initially, I found her very knowledgeable about various travel locations & modes of travel we were considering booking. Once we decided and booked, she handled all the details and was always available and responsive for any questions. Everyone who cruised had an absolutely great time with no complaints. Well none at all, except that it went way too fast and no one wanted the trip to end! For me personally, she was extremely helpful when I wasn’t able to go unexpectedly. She made necessary notifications to cruise line and helped guide me on how to start the travel insurance process. She was very kind and caring at a disappointing time. I highly recommend Cindy and would use her again myself for future travel.

Cindy did our booking for our upcoming vacation to Hawaii and was so patient and helpful. My husband likes to ask a gazillion and one questions and she was always very responsive and always checked back in with me. She is absolutely a gem to work with. I am currently having her look into our anniversary trip for November 2025.
