GG booked our Royal Caribbean trip Wonder of the sea and the process from beginning to end was flawless. She was very informative and organized. Quick to get back to us on questions. Always was able to send secure payments. Also the cruise price was lowered and instead of us having to call the Royal Caribbean she took care of it without asking and got us a lower price and refund. She gave us options for hotels prior to the sail date, booked that, & set up transportation from airport to hotel, from hotel to port, and port to airport. I had a spam call regarding my hotel booking prior to the cruise and she took care of it by endlessly calling the hotel to ensure my booked room was secured while she was on a cruise herself.

Super 27 day cruise to Norwegian fjords!

GG Mack is fabulous! Wonderful cruise vacation! I communicated what I needed/wanted and GG had it all taken care of for me within about 48 hours. I wanted no stress in the planning or in the trip itself and except for the fact that I still had to fly somewhere and back to get on the Queen Mary 2, GG really delivered a stress free cruise! If you like cruising, try a longer one. I crossed the Atlantic both directions with stops in Southampton and Hamburg, plus four lovely stops in Norway to see the fabulous fjords. GG was in touch with me right up until my departure time and checked up again as soon as I was back in the US. She truly takes care of her customers and makes travel as simple for the traveler as possible. Her ability to plan what you want and to ensure a great experience with her customer service skills will cause me to have her plan another trip or 10 in the future.

Family Europe Cruise

Family Spring Break Cruise!

We absolutely LOVED having GG on our side to help us navigate the cruising vacation world! She was able to give us honest and fun feedback based on what we had told her was important to us and give us personal experiences. We truly felt like we were cruising with GG because she was always available to give us advice or updates and reminders before, during, and after the cruise. It gave us a huge sense of relief to have an agent that could guide us and has first hand experience with so many cruises and vacations!

Amazing Cancun Trip!

I was referred to GG by a friend who just had a trip planned for her and her husband. After hearing all the great things about GG, I thought why not make this easier on us and work with a Travel Agent! GG was amazing from the start! We gave her our budget and a list of places that we were interested in. Taking into account our flights and transportation needed from the airport to the resort, she suggested Cancun so we could get the most bang for our buck. We couldn’t have been more thrilled! We stayed at Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya and had a room that was only a 5 minute walk from the beach and we could see one of the pools from our room. The best part was not having to call anyone about our reservations because GG took care of everything. She was so attentive and gave her honest opinion on any questions that we had. I can’t wait for her to plan my next vacation!
