Mary Beth navigated every angle of my first Virgin Voyage and it was exactly what I needed to have a real adult vacation! She provided essential guidance and was accessible in answering all my follow-up questions regardless of how minor they were. I honestly cannot say enough about this trip - and the fact I was able to rely on a travel advisor was crucial to avoiding the stress of planning the trip. Working with Marybeth on my cruise out of Rome was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Her professionalism and expertise made the entire experience seamless and stress free. She had knowledge of the cruise options from Rome helping me choose the perfect itinerary. Her recommendations on cabin choices, excursions and onboard amenities made it so easy to choose and I feel I got the best value and experience. Communication was prompt and clear. Marybeth provided all the information about travel documents, getting on and off the ship and tips for exploring Rome as I spent a few extra days there.

Best birthday trip ever!

Back in March my husband and I went on a cruise for my birthday. We spoke with Marybeth and she helped us book everything from the hotel, airfare and the cruise itself on Virgin Voyages. Marybeth was very quick to get this done for us on top of being knowledgeable of the cruise line and what they have to offer. I will be using her again for any future vacations and refer her to all my friends and family.
