Planning a trip for 13 people across multiple countries is no small task — but Katie handled it all with absolute mastery. From the moment we landed in Rome to our final stop in Belfast, every detail was flawlessly planned.
We kicked off with a few unforgettable days in Rome, then boarded the Norwegian Epic for a 10-day cruise that took us through stunning destinations in Greece and Italy. From there, we wrapped up our journey in beautiful Belfast. Flights, hotels, cruise accommodations, excursions, transportation — every single piece of the puzzle was handled by her. For 13 people. We just returned from an unforgettable European adventure — a 10-day Mediterranean dream cruise aboard the Norwegian Epic, perfectly bookended with time in Rome and France. As a first-time cruiser, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction — the bar has been set very high!
From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully handled. One of the most meaningful parts of the trip was the care taken around my food allergy — something that can often cause stress while traveling. From the flights to each city we visited, and especially on the ship, I felt completely safe and at ease. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I could enjoy every meal and moment worry-free.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Kathryn was in planning our recent trip to Europe! She organized a large group (13 people) for a whirlwind adventure that included a tour of Rome and a Mediterranean cruise, and every detail was perfectly handled.
From the beginning, Kathryn was incredibly proactive. She sent out questionnaires to each of us to determine which excursions we’d prefer, ensuring that every person’s interests were considered. This level of personalization really made the trip feel special, as we were able to do activities that catered to everyone’s tastes. And instead of relying on the cruise's standard excursions, Kathryn booked directly with local vendors, which meant we got a more authentic and often less crowded experience.
