I reached out to Marlene to help my husband and I plan a nice relaxing vacation to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. Even after we booked and we then we had an unfortunate airline change with Air Canada affecting our honeymoon package, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us navigate everything. She handled the situation so professionally, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we felt completely taken care of. Her knowledge and experience truly showed, she had answers to every question and solutions ready before we even had to ask. We have not gone on the honeymoon at Sandals Resorts we booked yet but she was very knowedgable on all things Sandals and connected us to packages and options at the resort.
