Christi was absolutely amazing in helping plan Sherri’s birthday trip to Cabo! She was so kind, organized, and thoughtful, she even created a detailed packet with everything we needed for the trip, which I really appreciated. It was such a bonus having her join us, she made sure everyone was taken care of and was always cheerful, smiling, and full of positive energy. I’d definitely work with her again for future travels!

Working with Christi was a great first experience. We've traveled a lot over our 24 years of marriage but we've never used a travel agent before. I wanted to surprise my wife with an all-inclusive anniversary trip (also our first all-inclusive experience) and so I thought I'd better enlist a professional to help me be sure to not miss any important details. Christi was an excellent resource for help guide me and make recommendations. I knew she was fairly well traveled herself and I knew that she had excellent taste in destinations so I trusted her to steer me well. She took care of literally every detail and made sure I was aware of every important milestone and date along the way. Her excellent service didn't stop on departure day for our trip though. She was there (virtually) from the day before we were to leave for our flight going, all the way until we arrived back home from our final flight. She was checking in, orchestrating details in the background from flights, to transport from the airport to our resort, communicating with staff at the resort to make sure we were taken care of and of course checking in periodically to make sure we were having a good time. She was aware and involved with how our experience was without hovering or feeling like she was too involved. Christi struck a perfect balance. I would highly recommend using her and WE WILL use her again in the future. 10/10!

That one weird question I had about local customs in a tiny village? Already answered before I even hit “send.” It’s like I get to sit back, sip my coffee, and dream about the beach while she tackles all the nitty-gritty logistics like a boss. And the best part? I didn’t even break a sweat. I’ve never experienced travel planning that feels this easy and, dare I say, enjoyable? We viewed a live video with RC cruise representatives after accepting an invitation to view from Christi Bjornberg, Happily Ever After Travel. She answered all of our questions about the rooms, dining, entertainment and costs. We decided to book and Christi made the process so easy. She also provided ways to monitor the prices to take advantages of sales of amenities on our cruise. Can’t wait to go in spring 2026. We have full confidence in Christi as our travel agent.
