It was my 50th and I had always wanted to see the Northern Lights. Susie was great from the start. She was warm, welcoming and clearly had a passion for this work. As an engineer, I really appreciated her organized approach. I gave her the broad strokes of my vision for our trip, and she curated an amazing trip that we will all remember. She spent time with me thinking through my vision, pitching me ideas and alternatives. She worked together with my wife and me. She also prepped us as the trip drew near, telling us about things to anticipate, etc. When some of the events/tours that were booked were cancelled, Susie was quick to contact us, tell us what happened and help us find similar experiences in terms of subject and timing that filled those holes. We felt like we didn't just have a person helping us to plan a wonderful trip, we also had some at our side to help us navigate any hiccups, and to be there just in case. Susie was a pleasure to work with. She was able to help us plan a family Spring Break trip to Punta Cana 2 months before going. She helped us along the way presenting different options to choose from. We had to change our dates a little bit and she was able to accommodate the change and doing so we were able to get another night for the same price just by moving it out a day. There was some flight changes which she handled for us along with making sure our connecting flights were the right amount of time and not too long.
