Melissa went absolutely above and beyond to make our entire travel experience seamless and wonderful! From the moment we started planning, she was incredibly responsive, attentive, and so easy to talk to. She took the time to really understand what we wanted—from excursions to special details—and she delivered on every front. What really stood out was how hands-on she was, even as we were boarding our cruise ship! She was texting to double-check that all our reservations were confirmed and that everything was going smoothly. She explained exactly how she'd handle any issues if they came up (though everything went perfectly thanks to her thorough prep!). Our trip was perfect from start to finish. Each day was planned so perfectly. Our guides were all so nice and knowledgeable. Our drivers were always on time and got us from one place to the next with much experience. It was truly a magical trip. Melissa our travel agent was great. She planned a perfect trip fit to our needs. She even made dinner reservations for us which turned out to be an amazing culinary experience. I will surely book my next trip and any future trips with Melissa. Melissa along with Kensington Tours did a fantastic job.

Melissa was very responsive and always answered all of our questions regarding our Viking river cruise. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, especially my husband who had never been to Europe and had never taken any kind of cruise before. Taking the Prague and Nuremberg extension was totally worth it!
