I can't imagine having to plan this trip without Irene! She took my confusion and stress and turned it into Disney magic. Friends and I went for the marathon weekend and thanks to Irene's expertise all we had to worry about was running. She took care of everything ! 10/10 recommend!

First Disney trip!

I had been putting off booking a Disney trip for so long because there were so many options and it all felt overwhelming. But not with Irene! From the very beginning, she made everything so simple. She understood my budget and knew exactly what we wanted to do. Irene was spot on with what my family needed to pack, what to bring, what to do, and where to eat throughout the trip. She patiently answered all 100 of my questions before we left and was ready to help us reschedule when a hurricane threatened our plans. Even during the trip, she was always available for questions — including a panicked first-time Disney phone call. Thanks to Irene, our trip was smooth, stress-free, and truly the only way we were ever going to get to Disney!

Irene helped my family plan our Disney trip this year. We went with 14 people, 3 different families with all different needs and wants. She helped guide us to make sure we all got the most out of our trip. This was my 4th time going to Disney and we got on more rides then all the other times put together with Irene’s help! Irene basically made our first trip to Disney possible. If I didn’t have her help, guidance and support throughout the whole process I honestly don’t know if we would have gone. We traveled for the first time with our toddler and my anxiety was pretty high. Irene supported me and answered questions I didn’t even think to have. Our trip went better than I ever imagined and she was always checking in while we were there to make sure we were being taken care of. Going to Disney is a lot & getting the most out of it for each family is unique and Irene made it amazing and memorable for us. 💕

I highly recommend Irene to help your family plan your Disney vacation. I have been wanting to take my kids to Disney for years but it felt so overwhelming, Irene made it so simple. She helped us get our DAS pass and explained Genie+ so we could do all the best rides and not have to wait. She also made all my daughter’s dreams come true by getting us reservations at Bibbity Bobbity Boutique and dinner at Cinderella’s castle. These are things we couldn’t have done without the help of Irene! I always thought our family would do Disney once and then be done but after our wonderful experience we are already thinking about when we can make it back!

Disney First Timers

Irene is the most incredible travel agent I have ever worked with. When we were planning out first trip to Disney, she helped us every step of the way with tickets, Disney apps, and most importantly the DAS pass for our daughter with Epilepsy and Autism. Irene's response time to my questions was lightening fast and her answers were always helpful. Her knowledge of Disney properties is second to none. Our family won't book a trip again without Irene's advice and assistance. She is currently planning our April vaca to Disney world which is much more detailed and she has booked our hotels and tickets and has us feeling completely excited and ready.

Irene speaks fluent Disney! For me, knowing all the changes since our last trip (pre Covid) was really difficult. But Irene was there to take the stress out of it all. She reminded us of special promotions and activities we should take advantage of. She was always available for questions and even worked with us when we thought about changing everything last minute. I never felt like a bother and she genuinely seemed happy to help and answer every.single.question. I had. She truly knows her stuff and was so so easy to work with.
