This year as the Executive Director of the Berthoud Chamber of Commerce has been wonderfully FULL… like, every minute scheduled full.... full-speed-ahead kind of full.... ?? So....... when Frank surprised me with a trip to Mexico, my first thought was, “This is SO amazing!” quickly followed by.... “There is absolutely NO way I have time to plan this.” ?? Enter the incredible Stephanie Busby with Two Herons Travel ?????a true lifesaver and one of our amazing Chamber members. Stephanie graciously offered to take care of EVERYTHING… and I mean EVERYTHING. Flights, resort, excursions, details I wouldn’t have even thought of, all of it, completely handled. I didn’t lift a finger. Not one. ?? And here’s the part that truly blew me away: there was NO added cost to us. None. ZIP ZERO NADA. Somehow she created this seamless, beautiful, once-in-a-lifetime experience without adding a single extra dollar to our trip!! (sounds like a commercial but its true I promise!!) She was patient when I didn't have time to communicate well, (thank you for that, Stephanie! ??), gently nudged me when something important needed attention, and made sure every single detail was perfectly in place. When it came time to leave… everything was ready. Flawless. Easy. Stress-free.???? And the trip itself? Absolutely unforgettable. The kind of vacation we truly needed but never could have pulled together on our own this year. Stephanie has traveled all over the world, and you can tell when you meet her, her knowledge, her passion, her recommendations… all of it shines through . I trusted her from the moment I met her, and she exceeded every expectation I had (and then some). I truly cannot recommend her enough. If you’ve been dreaming about a trip but don’t have the time, energy, or desire to plan it — call Stephanie. Seriously. Just do it. ???? Stephanie, THANK YOU. You made something happen for us that otherwise wouldn’t have been possible this year, and I am beyond grateful<3

The first time that Steph and I talked, she asked me detailed questions about how we like to travel...all great questions, as when we have been to Europe in the past, we have traveled by train and winged everything. We didn't really have to think once we had our plan, and everything she set up for us was fool proof and spot on. She puts an itinerary together for you and helps you get an app on your phone to download it. In this itinerary, there is a section for information and documents, and a place she called "stuff' for reminders that are super helpful, such as make sure you have your drivers license and cc you used to book stuff for your rental car check-in, take a video of any car that you rent to have proof at checkout of any damage that was already there, etc. Each day has the full schedule for that day, including early check-in information (she knows your flight and arrival times), receipts of booking, knows hotel's transfer service info, if they have it...every detail for that day that you need to know. In addition to those details, she also has activity links and some restaurant suggestions, in places that she has been before. It didn't take her long to put together one of the best trips that we have had! The whole experience was seamless and incredible. The trip itself was made so much easier and she created such a fabulous variety of places to see, and also knew about how long of a stay we needed in each area. Santorini is very touristy, beautiful, and something that you had to see, but only needed a day and a half to experience....it was perfect, she knows her stuff!! Each island, Athens, Santorini, Naxos and Milos had it's own personality. The hotels she recommended were in great locations, and each had fun activities near by. I can't say enough about the beaches, the food, the people, the architecture...everything in Greece was wonderful, as was our favorite travel specialist!! I can't recommend Stephanie enough!!
