Bringing My Love of Travel to Your Adventure

Hi, I’m Stef Silvia-Pare, and I’m so excited to be part of Anchors Away Travel RI! I decided to become a travel agent because I absolutely love to travel. Exploring new places, learning about different cultures, and creating lifelong memories have always brought me joy and now I get to share that joy by helping others experience the world, too.My love for travel started young. Growing up in Bristol RI, my family often flew to Southern California and took road trips through Nevada and up to Northern California, stopping in Las Vegas and cruising down the Pacific Coast Highway. Those scenic drives, ocean views, and small coastal towns sparked my curiosity and set the foundation for a lifelong passion for adventure.Over the years,

I’ve explored so many incredible destinations. I’ve visited Hawaii, cruised through the Mexican Riviera to Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán, and Cabo San Lucas, and taken numerous trips across California. I especially love beach destinations and road trips  there’s something special about the freedom of the open road and the excitement of discovering new places along the way.

I’ve spent time in Miami, St. Petersburg, Sanibel Island, Treasure Island, Tampa, and Lake Worth, which is one of my all-time favorite spots. I’ve driven up and down the coast more times than I can count, soaking in the sunshine and relaxed vibe of the state’s beautiful beaches. 

I’ve also enjoyed many memorable cruises, both on my own and with my children, sailing from ports like LA, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Cape Canaveral, and New York. I’ve visited islands throughout the Caribbean and cruised to Bermuda. One of my favorite trips ever was a 10-day stay on the French side of St. Martin for my honeymoon. The views, culture, and cuisine were absolutely unforgettable.

My travels have also taken me to Costa Rica, where I hiked the Arenal Volcano and the Monteverde Continental Divide, surfed the waves in Tamarindo and Nosara, and explored the breathtaking rainforests.

More recently, I fell in love with Sedona, Arizona , where I hiked Cathedral Rock, Doe Mountain, and explored the Red Rock Secret Mountain Wilderness in the Coconino National Forest. The landscapes there were truly awe-inspiring.

Closer to home, I enjoy trips to New York City for its energy and endless things to see and do. I also love spending time in New Hampshire, especially at the Tuscan Village in Salem. On a recent visit to Weirs Beach, I discovered how beautiful it is and I can’t wait to go back! 

Whether it’s a peaceful beach escape, a road trip up the coast, or an international adventure, travel always brings me a sense of excitement and renewal. I love helping others find that same feeling by planning vacations that match their interests and dreams. My goal as a travel advisor is to take the stress out of planning, so my clients can focus on making memories.Having experienced so many styles of travel from luxury resorts to adventure-filled excursions, I understand what makes a trip special. I enjoy personalizing each itinerary, adding thoughtful touches, and ensuring every detail is handled perfectly.
