Jen was nothing short of amazing. I reached out about our dream of taking a cruise for our anniversary. She jumped in and walked us through everything. She kept us informed and helped new cruisers with everything needed. We could not have had a stress free cruise without her. We waited a long time for this trip and it was simply amazing. Jen booked us a cruise to the Western Caribbean over New Year's Eve. This was our first cruise and she was very patient and answered all of our questions. The travel packet she created for us was a big help!
