1st time ever on a Disney Cruise . it was WONDERFUL!. we were a crew of 18ppl (5 families) 10 adults and 8 grandchildren . Rachael was the first one to contact me and i am so grateful she did !!. right from the get go, she sent me info and videos on how to navigate the Disney Cruise website , as i had no idea how to EVEN begin choosing a ship , what floor to be on, how to get 5 rooms next to each other, dining times, making payments for the trip , diaper pails and cribs etc. Racheal took care of all of that ! Rachael set up everything. It would be my first time solo at Disney World and I wanted to try all kinds of restaraunts and meet characters.
