Thank you, Mark, so much for all the help you gave us with our Disney World vacation! Everyone had a great time, and it was a blessing to have your research on resorts and dining plans, and your experiences with them. Personally, walking into the park the first day knowing that a) you taught me the app, and b) your number was in my phone if I had a problem, made it all very chill right from the start. Aren't you glad? I didn't have to text you once ... the photos don't count lol. Safe travels to all!

He knows his stuff

The number of times I said, "really? that's amazing" to things he was explaining to me about Disneyland, before traveling, was enough to get anyone excited. We mostly talked about food, which I didn't think I would like at a theme park. But the more he talked about what he had eaten out there, the more the foodie side of my brain decided to give a Disney vacation as an adult a try. And he was right: so much good food!

First cruise!

I had never been on a cruise and was so happy with everything, aboard Disney's WISH. Mark got us all set with it and I think the best advice he gave was to arrive the night before. That saved the stress of a possibly delayed flight or traffic making getting to the port on time risky.

Disneyland and Universal Hollywood

We reached out to Mark because we've never been to Southern California and really didn't know our way around. We wanted Disneyland and Universal, and just moving between them -- because they aren't exactly right next door -- was giving me hives just thinking about. Mark got us comfortably into a Disneyland resort and another one for Universal, and there's something very calming about doing none of the work but hearing the front desk person at your multiple resorts smile and confirm all the reservation details. My story is that I have planned a family vacation to Disney World and Universal in the past. And while it was (mostly) ok, it was incredibly stressful leading up to and including the vacay. So when it was time for another vacation, a friend mentioned Disney-focused travel agents, and I found Mark's Instagram and enjoyed his content. So even though I could have handled the next trip myself, I decided to work with Mark and ... So. Much. Better! No stress, which is totally magical. We had a great time and I'll work with him next time, too.

Vacation saver!

OK, so Mark was great planning our trip and everything, but we had epically bad weather in Orlando ... not his fault lol. And with everything, we had to come home a day-ish early. It can be a real nightmare to change your plans when away on a vacation, but he stepped in and helped with everything, including just being a sounding board. And later, he was able to help make sure our travel protection did what it's supposed to do!

Disney World on short notice

He was great and you should work with him! We had a Disney World trip on short notice, and had already gotten our resort taken care of, but needed more help on tickets and using the app and just kinda everything. I found Mark and talked us through the whole thing, and gave us a really helpful ride breakdown for the kids. Super easy to transfer our current reservation over to him so he could help us with the rest. Definitely will use again, but from the start next time lol.

I spent a few days trying to get a sense of everything that goes into a Disney cruise, and every time I got close to pulling the trigger on booking something I felt uncertain. So I found Mark, and he hopped on a video call with me and answered all my questions ... even ones I didn't think of yet!

I’m convinced that literally no one knows more about the Disney Parks than Mark does, from tips and tricks, to dinner reservations, to interesting trivia. Loved my first cruise

A magical family vacation

Mark was an incredible advisor and expert for our family’s first Disney vacation. We worked with him to plan a dream Disney World visit but due to predicted inclement weather conditions in Florida, we decided to head to the West coast instead and Mark was so gracious and knowledgeable about changing everything to Disneyland.
We had a wonderful vacation, and Mark was helpful even when we were in California! We had questions and he was super helpful and responsive.
