My wife and I have enjoyed Jennifer's (and her team at Fox Travel) professionally personal service for ALL our travel needs over the past two decades. When I ask for travel help from Jennifer, she makes me feel like I am an old friend and she always delivers like an old friend. I have booked both cruises in Europe and North America and all inclusive Caribbean resorts with Jennifer (at least two to three trips per year) knowing she was always available should I have a question or issue. For example...just this year we needed to cancel a two week trip to a Caribbean resort a month before our departure date due to an unexpected death in our family. Jennifer took care of all the details of postponing the trip without any penalty at a time when we were focused elsewhere. It is also appreciated that she offers a military/first responder discount. We first heard about the Celebrity Reflection Nov 2025 Cruise from friends, and decided to join them. Unfortunately when we went to book the cruise we discovered it was sold out. Our friends contacted Jennifer and 2 days later she contacted us with a room. Although the cabin wasn’t the one we wanted we booked the cruise and Jennifer said she would let us know if a different room became available. One week later Jennifer reached out to us with a room that we really wanted. During the pre booking process we had several questions about the cruise and Jennifer was always available and answered our questions patiently and professionallly. The cruise itself was fabulous. We met Jennifer several times during the cruise and she is as lovely in person as she was on the phone. You can tell she loves her job and is truly a people person. Jennifer helped us book a cruise from Athens, Greece to Rome, Italy. She was very helpful with all of our questions. We stayed extra nights on the front end and back end of the cruise. We had questions regarding hotels, transports, insurance, etc., etc. She was very accessible in the planning process a had lots of great information. She definitely gave us the feeling that we were not doing this alone and had a solid contact, in the US, in case there were any problems along the way. Fortunately, there were none. Great experience with Jennifer and great experience with the cruise line! We have been on previous cruises (all good), but all in the Caribbean. Jennifer is detail oriented and that attention to detail begins as much as a year in advance. Queries on dates, times, pickups are answered quickly. We always enjoy her company at the resorts as even there any concerns or problems are addressed on site.

Our Galapagos all-inclusive cruise on the Celebrity Flora was even better than advertised. There were 3 excursion options each day so everyone could find something suited to them. Food, drinks, service, rooms, and ship amenities were all stellar. Jennifer was on hand every step of the way.

The ship we sailed on was beautiful, all staff were over the top helpful. I have not experienced such warm service. Excellent meals, varied and interesting excursions. Jennifer and team nailed down a trip of a lifetime. And yes, travelling with likeminded people is more fun!!

In Quito we joined the pre trip as well as the Galapagos Cruise. Everything was well organised. The second day trip to the rainforest was great. Celebrity day trips onto the island was efficient and informative.
