Lori was a fantastic travel agent. My family had never stayed on property before and decided to splurge on a 2 week split stay at Beach Club Villas and Bay Lake Tower. She was extremely helpful in planning the trip and offered very insightful tips and suggestions to us. She handled all of our dining reservations as well.
