 Hello,

Before I became a travel advisor, I was a traveler!  I am very fortunate to have experienced many places in the world with many more on my list.    I have been planning vacations for clients for over 5 years and enjoy every minute of it!  The things that are making me successful are a lot of learning by attending trainings, webinars, trade shows and resort trips.   I am very proud of some important work that I have accomplished.  I am a Certified Sandals Wedding Specialist Preferred Silver status, A Sandals Specialist in every Sandals and Beaches resorts.  I am a member of DWHSA, Destination Wedding Honeymoon Specialists Association, a member of Mexperts,  I am most proud of being a Certified Autism Travel Specialist.  I am also a specialist in all of the Caribbean, with a focus on Mexico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic.  I have narrowed down my specialties to All Inclusive Resorts, Adults Only Resorts, Weddings and Romance Travel, Guided Tours, Cruises and Italy Travel.  I am fortunate to have 3 family members who have joined me in supplying travel needs to my expanding client base.   Our team is named Lalli Travels and I am proud to offer clients the best service because being a full-time agent allows me the time to give to the research and communication with my client.  I take the time to meet with future clients in person to build that relationship and trust with them.  I am always available to answer their questions and assist them before, during and after their trip. One Niche that my husband, Mike and myself work together on is Italy travel.  We have been to the beautiful country numerous times exploring every city in Italy as tourists and now as advisors.   We have helped clients locate their Italian relatives and found addresses of where they lived before immigrating to the US.  This part of our travel agency has been quite an emotional journey because we both have located family, who we see every couple of years in Italy. My passion for travel really shows with the relationships I have built with clients, tour operators and suppliers.  This passion of mine will spread to you when we work together on all of your travel needs.  Thank you!
