With a big group traveling the lack of help and information was not met. Going to the country we traveled to we needed an e-ticket which we were never informed about. The lack of updates on travel restrictions were not relayed back to us. Questions sent via email or by phone took days for a response.

Traveling to the UK, I decided to use a travel agent. I contacted Adam and informed him of what I wanted the trip to look like. He responded promptly with an invoice, it was just what I was looking for and within budget. Adam walked me through each step of the process and was very patient when I had questions. Prior to leaving, he sent me all the documents I needed. I was prepared for something to go awry, but it never did, and I thank Adam for that. Our driver met us at Heathrow Airport and drove us to the hotel. We stayed in Kensington, walking distance to Hyde Park, we had easy access to the Tube, and taxi service; the hotel's concierge service was awesome. They answered all my questions and arranged transportation when needed. A private car was worth the 40 pounds to ensure timeliness and safety on late nights. The hotel rooms were small, but super clean. Our trip was problem-free thanks to the wonderful job he did on our behalf; I can’t wait to book our next trip with Adam.
