Josephine helped us plan our honeymoon to Italy. Not only was she knowledgeable of the destination, but very professional. She set everything up with the transfers, hotels and excursions. We had to do nothing except wake up and go to where our driver would be.

Josephine planned such a wonderful Vacation for us.. we started in Sonoma and visited the McEvoy ranch, hot air balloon ride over the vineyards… ate in some wonderful restaurants like LaSalette.. the. While in Sonoma we headed down to Tomales bay and viewed Hog Island oyster farm.. Next we visited Monterey and the aquarium.. We lived Carmel by the Sea. It was so quaint.. We finished up with a in San Francisco with a bike ride over the gGolden Gate bridge to Salsalito.. Tha nks again Josephine we had so much fun.

Impeccable service and response time

Since this was my first time to Las Vegas, I wasn’t sure what to do and see. Josephine‘s recommendations for restaurants, tours and other tourist attractions made it easy to choose some really fun and exciting destinations. We experienced the bright lights and excitement of the Las Vegas trip and had many “ahhh and OMG” moments, exploring a number of the massive, beautifully themed hotels. We had some delicious meals, my favorite of which was from Gordon Ramsay‘s hell’s kitchen.! We traveled to the Hoover Dam and explored the west rim of the Grand Canyon which was spectacular to say the least! Our gorgeous hotel had a beautiful pool where we spent some time, relaxing and getting off our feet. We were lucky to have excellent flights both ways with no delays and nice amenities on Delta.All in all, my sister and I had the most wonderful trip together thank you to Josephine for helping us plan this once in a lifetime adventure!

Josephine helped us celebrate my daughters sweet 16 with a jammed packed trip beginning in England (London, Windsor, Bath. Stonehenge) and ending in Scotland (Edinburgh). Such beautiful tours of Castles and Palaces, boat ride down the Thames, a Shakespearean play, a Premier soccer game (Man City v Chelsea), Haunted Tour of Jack the Ripper, Harry Potter tour, changing of the guard, standing stones, cathedrals, a beautiful afternoon tea party, black taxi tour of all the London historical locations to name a few! She arranged for transportation to and from the airports, hotels and to the train in Scotland. This vacation was absolutely fabulous with so many family memories and selfies! Thank you Josephine for making her birthday wish come true.

Let me start by saying that our trip to Italy exceeded all of our expectations. After months of meticulous planning, our hotels, excursions and transportation between cities was executed flawlessly. Although there was initial disappointment with one of our choice hotels cancelling our reservation, your recommendation for Hotel Stendahl was a great choice. It was our favorite hotel, the location was perfect!!

Working with you was a pleasure and your availability whenever we had questions or concerns put our minds at ease.
My only negative was the auto notifications that caused unnecessary stress to Nick.

Let me start by saying I have high expectations and Josephine exceeded them all!!!! She helped me and my family plan a one week trip to Italy. Josephine made sure it was a seamless experience from beginning to end. Our trip was from NY to Venice to Florence and then to Rome to fly back to NY. Not only did she give her personal recommendations, she helped us to stay within budget and have the best trip possible. Even down to the train travel and excursions. Working with Josephine was absolutely amazing. We told her a little bit of what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go and she executed it perfectly. She had us in each City for the PERFECT amount of time. The hotels she chose for us were out of this world, right in the middle of all the action in each city. Traveling to each city, she made it easy for us. When we got off each train there was always someone there picking us up and getting us to our destinations. Not only was our itinerary perfect but she laid it out by the minute! Making it so easy to know where to go and when. She was super responsive when we had any questions even with the time difference!
