she did a great job for me, i know i could have did it myself, but she took the hassle out of it!

I was used to planning my own trips over the last decades, but I found technology had become a hindrace to me. So I decided to see if working with a travel agent might alleviate some of the anxiety I was feeling. I found Dani to be very helpful and very patient. She is a relatively new travel agent, and I was impressed with her drive and ambition to find answers to questions she did not immediately have answers to. She listened to me, made some changes at my request, and our trip went very smoothly. She dealt with our flights, car rental, lodging and trip insurance. When there were threats of flight cancellations due to gov't shutdown, she stayed on top of that and kept in communication with me. I plan to use her services again.

Dani did a super job organizing our 1st trip aboard Amtrack. We had a short time line and she made it work. She recommended a sleeper car which is an excellent choice and we stayed in a beautiful hotel in downtown Seattle. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the train ride, met so many interesting people. Will certainly have Dani doing our next trip !!
