For many of my clients, when they come to me to an all inclusive vacation it is their first time traveling outside of the United States. This can be very overwhelming. They often don't know where to start, what they need, or what to expect. I help them through the process and am with them every step of the way. 

We begin by determining what is most important to them and selecting a destination and resort that best fits their needs. There are several factors that we discuss in our initial consultation including travel dates, size of travel party (how many rooms, how many in each room), desired activities, and budget. This initial consultation will help me get to know you and what you are looking for. 

Once we have determined when and where, we begin to discuss the extras like excursions, spa appointments, and airport transportation. 

I make sure my clients know the travel requirements for the country they are visiting and share any pre travel forms that need to be completed. Because I have visited many of these destinations personally, I can share precise details about where to go at the airport when they land. This brings comfort as many can find the airport environment stressful, especially in a new country or place they have never been. 

I also build relationships with the managers at the resorts I visit. We hope everything goes smoothly, but in the event there is an issue, it is helpful that I have already established a relationship with management.
