Ashley helped us plan and book a Pacific Northwest Adventure, which started off with a wonderful trip to Mount Rainier National Park outside Seattle. We also did an early morning coffee stop at the Seattle Starbucks Roastery, where I had the most delicious smoked salmon croissant and tiramisu latte! That was followed by a ferry ride to Bainbridge Island (lovely trip as we could see the Seattle skyline in the background as we pulled away!) and then a road trip to Port Angeles, the jumping off point for exploring Olympic National Park! The whole trip was fantastic and Ashley was instrumental in helping us plan a complicated trip with a lot of moving parts. I highly recommend Ashley Niemeyer Adventures!

This trip was living proof of why using a travel agent is so crucial. At literally 1 week prior to the trip, our hotel reservations were cancelled due to a water main break. Ashley informed me of this via text (as she had received an email notification about it) and had several other options ready to go. She rebooked me that day, which was great because I was at work while all this was happening and the alternate hotels were filling up fast due to the water main break affecting many of the hotels within the park. I know if I had booked this on my own, I probably would’ve been SOL as I don’t pay close attention to my email. I probably would’ve showed up at the original hotel only to find out the res had been canceled. The hotel Ashley was able to book us in put us in an adults only building with a hot tub and continental breakfast! They also gave us a 20% off coupon to a steakhouse. I had concerns initially with the situation hotel because it was not on the rim of the canyon like we’d planned, however the extra amenities more than made up for it and it was still very close to the canyon (15 min drive). We based our NC vacation around seeing a good friend and finding shark teeth! Ashley found the best house to stay in, making the first half of our trip as good as the treasure-hunting half. She also gave us a list of fun things to fill down time with the kids which made our trip that much more memorable. We will treasure the memories as much as the drove of shark teeth we came home with!

Ashley made my dream of a couples trip for 12 people a reality which was no easy feat! We started not knowing where or when we wanted to go and she patiently pulled quotes for us repeatedly until we could make up our minds. In the past I have had agents who I booked with and never heard from again. Not with Ashley! She keeps in touch as your trip approaches, providing super helpful tips. When violence broke out in Mexico a week before we left, I was confident she would give her best advice and opinion on what we should do. Luckily our trip was not affected, and went off without a hitch. We had a great time and all 12 people were pleased with the trip! I know that by having Ashley as my agent, I was informed and taken care of from planning to arriving home.
