It has been a pleasure working with Amy. She's quick to respond with lots of relevant information and things to thing about that you wouldn't of known if you did it on your own.

I started working with Amy at least 4 or 5 months prior to the actual trip and I had no idea planning for a Disney trip would take so much effort. From the logistics to booking restaurants, learning about Genie+/ Lighting Lanes, rope drops, local places to visit, etc - I ended up with multiple spreadsheets. But at the end of it all, Amy gave me the tools I needed to understand the process, gave me countless email/ text responses of guidance and advice and made me feel prepared for the trip. Family had an amazing time, tiring of course, and we felt like we accomplished everything that we had set out to do in celebration of my son's 10th birthday celebration. I have worked with different travel agents and Amy is simple the best. None of them can really compare with the amount of knowledge Amy knows. She is seriously a real life travel encyclopedia. The best thing is that she is an avid traveler herself and oftentimes she has personally visited hotels and other destinations herself with the goal of providing her clients first hand feedback about different travel destinations. She is not pushy and is very honest about the pros/cons of these resorts and destinations. She is also extremely organized and she always creates the best personalized itinerary for our family.
