Shannon planned us a wonderful trip to Universal! Our trip included Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, and Universal Epic! She was very patient and kind to look at all of my options that I had requested and gave me several to choose from in regards to hotels and types of park tickets. She explained the process of doing the park hopper tickets so we could experience the Hogwarts train. Loved it! We stayed in a universal hotel and was able to get into the parks an hour early and that really helped with getting early access to the popular rides and not having to stand in long lines. The new park was awesome and we had a wonderful time at each park. Thank you Shannon for all your help! ??
