He did an awesome job with communicating with us and showing us options and listening to what we wanted to do and coming up with a great itinerary. We like waterfalls so if you like that itinerary, he already has one that he can share with you immediately. He was very dedicated and was extremely responsive. We had it booked very quickly. He went the extra mile and showed us things like a map, which showed all our hotels and trips we wanted to do which was nice to see everything visually. Noel was great! He helped us get a room last minute and the hotel he picked was nicer than we expected. Took his time to listen to our wants and needs and stayed within budget. Will be going to him for our annual trip
