This isn't our first time using Anna's services. Each time, all our requests have been taken into account. This time, we were in Mexico, at the RIU Hotel. The weather was great, the sea was warm, but there was seaweed, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our vacation. The food was varied and delicious. The room cleaning was excellent.

RIU Bávaro very nice updated hotels. Rooms are clean and nice , full free bar . Restaurants do not need reservations . Beach is clean , water is amazing . Beach chairs are need to be updated . Sports activities are very quick and make you move. A lot of pool for kids .we have 7ans 9 yo played non stop in a water and soccer , volleyball ) Big variety of food for any taste. Cocktails are premixed but I tried banana mama is good !???? Anna Krimer our agent helps us every step and provide best care any moment. Recommended !

We spent 1 week at Iberostar Wave Paradiso Beach (Cancun) our experience was fantastic! Beautiful resort with tropical nature, plenty of delicious food, very friendly staff and great room service! Our 15-y old daughter was playing volleyball on the beach every day, we participated in many different activities, including swimming, Sunrise Yoga, Zumba. The entertainment was fun! Overall, it was a memorable experience celebrating our 20 y anniversary and New Year!

By choice (since we are familiar with the region we visited), we booked most of our trip details ourselves. We really enjoyed our stay at this resort — the food was delicious, the weather and beach were amazing, and the views from the shore were simply breathtaking. The lush grounds are beautifully maintained, perfect for biking around, taking in the scenery, the peaceful atmosphere, and the sound of birds singing. It’s a complete reset — an ideal place to reconnect with nature, relax, and recharge. The resort’s beautiful, authentic design immerses you in the atmosphere of the southern islands. Having a private pool gave us a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquility. I was especially happy that we didn’t stay in a beachfront villa — our own little area felt much cozier, and we absolutely loved it. We took out a sailing catamaran a couple of times and spent about an hour and a half on the water learning to sail. We got close to the cliffs and even saw the houses of Armani and Porsche. We spotted giant turtles swimming beside us, and the warm sea breeze gently embraced us — it was truly unforgettable.
