Switzerland Family vacation

Andy is a wonderful travel agent who provides outstanding customer service! I initially contacted him via email. He reached out to me that very same day via phone and email. I spoke with him at length that afternoon and explained that we want to go on a 7-10 day trip to Switzerland. Before I went to bed that evening, he sent over a full itinerary which included flights, hotels, some meals, and recommendations for how to spend our time. All of this came in under our budget. Everything that Andy picked was fabulous, but since we had some extra money we added an extra night and made one or two upgrades. Andy was patient, friendly, and responsive throughout all of our interactions, and he always gave his honest opinion when we asked him for his input. He told us that he is grew up in Switzerland. It's therefore evident that he knows Switzerland very well!! Our trip is now officially booked and we could not be more excited!
