When we work together, my goal is simple: I want you to feel seen, heard, and supported from the moment we start planning until you’re safely home again. Travel can be exciting, but it can also be overwhelming — especially if you’re autistic, disabled, travelling with kids, using a mobility device, or just trying to navigate a world that isn’t always designed with you in mind. I get that on a personal level, and I build every trip around your comfort, your pace, and your needs.
I’m an autistic woman over 50 who travels solo often, so I understand things like sensory overload, airport anxiety, inaccessible spaces, and the mental load of trying to anticipate every possible challenge. I also know how freeing it feels when a trip is planned with care — when the hotel actually works for you, when the airport process is smooth, when the itinerary matches your energy instead of draining it. That’s the experience I want for you.
My clients come to me for all kinds of reasons:
- a parent planning a sensory-friendly trip for their child
- a couple navigating mobility needs on a multi-stop adventure
- a solo woman over 40 wanting to feel safe and supported
- someone travelling home to see family after years away
- a traveler who’s had bad experiences and wants to try again — but with help this time
No matter your story, I take the time to understand what you need to feel comfortable. I ask the right questions, I anticipate the tricky parts, and I stay two steps ahead so you don’t have to. Recently, I’ve coordinated unaccompanied minor travel, arranged a Christmas trip to South Africa, and designed a complex itinerary for a couple including one mobility-device user. Many of my clients come back with bigger, more complex trips, which is the best compliment I could ask for.
I’m originally from South Africa and return often, so I love helping people explore the country. I also specialize in short European stopovers and long layovers — the kind of quick, meaningful adventures that fit into real life. Whether you want structure, flexibility, or a mix of both, I’ll build something that feels right for you.
I also keep my training up to date so I can advocate effectively on your behalf. I’m an Air Canada Expert, a South Africa and Costa Rica Destination Specialist, a Special Needs Group Accessible Travel Advocate, a TREX Travel Industry graduate, and a Virgin Voyages Gold Expert.
At the end of the day, I’m here to make travel feel possible — and enjoyable — for people who don’t always see themselves reflected in traditional travel planning. If you want someone who listens, understands, and builds a trip around you, I’d love to help.
