We had Kelly book our recent trip to Universal Studios and the Magic Kingdom. She went ABOVE and BEYOND in helping us set up our reservations, itinerary and trip! Kelly continuously asked if we had questions or needed anything, always keeping us updated on things throughout the entire process. She even was working on securing our lightning lane reservations while she was on her own family vacation! We also were impressed with all the trip info and tips she supplied us. They were extremely detailed and helpful. We have used other planners before in the past and she is the best!

It was honestly the best trip we have ever been on! Everything went great. There wasn’t a single thing I would have wanted different. Kelly is the best travel agent ever! We decided 2 weeks in advance to go to Disney and she made our every dream come true despite OUR very short notice! She went out of her way to make sure we got the restaurants, parks and hotel we wanted. She insisted on setting up a schedule for each day at the parks for us! That was beyond helpful! She made sure we understood how the new fast passes worked and answered all our questions quickly and gracefully! If you want to have the best Disney trip ever, use Kelly and you won’t be disappointed!

Kelly has been amazing planning our Disney Cruise for us. She has been organized and has sent us many Disney tips to help our experience be less stressful. I am a grandmother and not used to all the apps and not experienced with all Disney has to offer. She has been so patient with me and helps me understand all the apps, emails, and what I need to do. Kelly helped us plan our first trip for our daughter and her cousins! She was able to take 9 different individuals’ interests and preferences, and curate them into a seamless itinerary that made everyone happy. Kelly had so many tips to make our trip as enjoyable as possible, and when we had questions she always had an a reliable answer! My family booked a trip with EnchantAway Travel to visit Disney World and Universal Studios in Florida. We returned July 7,2024.
We worked with Kelly Regan out of Chicago. This was the best trip we have ever taken to these parks.
Kelly booked everything and then took a lot of time to help us understand the apps and how to use them to maximize our days at the different parks.
We rode and did everything we wanted to to during our two and a half days.
She is very knowledgeable and always available if something comes up.
I highly recommend EnchantAway and Kelly Regan if you are planning a trip to Disney World.

Most ORGANIZED and FUN trip ever!

Kelly is awesome! So efficient and organized. She has planned several trips for us to both Walt Disney World and Disneyland. Kelly planed fantastic itineraries for our park days including a Princess breakfast! She explained the app and early entry strategies so we never stood in line very long for rides. Kelly explained the rides in the different parks and where the characters are located. She also informed us of nighttime entertainment —-Fantasmic and world of color! She made dinner reservations for us at great restaurants. I would highly recommend Kelly as your travel agent…she is thorough and you will have a wonderful experience!
