Katie was amazing in helping us plan our first cruise ever for all of us. And we chose a Disney cruise. Which was spectacular!! We were a total of 8 adults. Who had 2 adjoining cabins with 4 in each room. Katie helped us with every aspect and detail of the trip. We knew we wanted a balcony and we knew we wanted adjoining cabins. Other than that? Clueless. Katie chose great cabins mid ship for us. Which was convenient to everything. We were far enough from the elevator and stairs. Yet close enough too! Katie reminded us of deadlines. When payments were due by. I personally paid for my portion of the cruise with Disney gift cards. I emailed Katie the gift card numbers and she applied them to our balance. I gave a gift card every few weeks for a few months. (We have a rewards program at my office and I converted accumulated points to the gift cards). Katie made sure we checked in before our cruise. Which was important because I thought once our cruise fare was pad we were ready and nothing else had to be done, but that’s not the case. It’s great to have someone remind you to do something and it makes it stress free to know someone who knows what they are doing has eyes on your trip to make it great for you. I highly recommend Katie and I cannot wait to plan another trip with her because I know she will handle all the details and make it stress free and amazing for us!!

Katie is the BEST travel agent!!! We worked as nurses together and when I found out she was a travel agent I couldn’t wait to have her help us plan our honeymoon! From finding the perfect destination to booking flights and our room, she made the entire process seamless. She was available for any and all questions during our entire trip (especially on our travel days) which was so helpful knowing if we ran into any issues that she would help us!
