Shannon is terrific. She is very responsive to our needs, always works with us to find just the right fit for our vacations, and her dedication and help don't end with the final payment. She has kept in touch with us during our vacations, asking if there's anything she can do for us and we have taken her up on it. Planning theme park trips used to seriously stress me out. When I saw that Shannon would plan it all and that the parks paid her, I was so excited to try it. She has the knowledge to help us pick a great resort, knows how all the specials and meal plans work, and does all the reservations. The first time I used Shannon, we saved more than $300 from what I was going to book! Any time I hear a friend talk about how confusing and difficult it is to plan a theme park vacation, I give them Shannon's email.
