Myself and a group of friends have used Richard on numerous occasions to book cruises. He has always kept us informed of available cruises and worked hard to make the experiences run smooth.

Richard is friendly, diligent and professional. He cares for his clients as if he were doing for himself. Richard made sure that all the mishaps that happened on this trip and there were several. He made sure everything was taken care of and his concern for us was heartwarming.

We have used Richard for years. There is a group of us here in California that travel together. Even though Richard is located in Florida, he is only a phone call away. Any time we have contacted Richard with an interest to travel to a certain location or region, he immediately went to work on it and usually within 24 hours, he would call back with a list of options. We have found it beneficial to use his experience and knowledge of the travel industry, and various regions we may wish to visit. Once our decision is made and given to Richard, he takes care of our desires (and needs) to make the trip a reality. Taking care of everything from airfare, ground transportation, meals and lodging. I have always been amazed at how he is constantly aware of what is going on with our travel plans. If any of our group experienced any issues with reservations or other needs, Richard was quick to go to work on the situation and provide a satisfactory outcome. Always a GREAT experience!!
