Sarah was so helpful as our family navigated booking our first big vacation. She helped us decide between a cruise vs. a resort and lended her expertise on the best options! Her kids are around our kids age so I knew she’d have a really great wealth of knowledge for our family. She offered help with every step along the way and was very prompt in answering questions that came up (I had a lot!). So glad we had her help throughout the whole process. She didn’t forget about us after our things were booked. She continued to check in with reminders, lists and, helpful tips. Will definitely use her again and would recommend to others!

She worked incredibly quickly to help us book a somewhat last-minute cruise and made the entire process completely stress-free, especially since we are inexperienced cruisers. She went above and beyond by helping arrange our shuttle from the port to the airport and giving us great recommendations for airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-port transportation that helped us save money. What really stood out was how attentive and supportive she was throughout the entire process, including planning, travel days, and the trip. She checked in with us during our travel day to make sure everything was going smoothly and she kept everyone in our group informed and in the loop as needed, which made coordinating everything easier. She is willing to go-with-the-flow while still helping us make educated decisions that allowed us to get the most out of our budget without feeling overwhelmed or pressured. Sarah did an awesome job planning our trip to Italy. I tried to plan this on my own and at about 8 weeks out I realized I needed help! She helped with flights, hotels, train tickets and tickets to the Vatican. The itinerary was perfect, easy to follow and I referenced it each day of the trip.
