We booked a Mexico trip to Cancun with Nikki and it was so easy. She had everything planned out for us and had it all in an itinerary to follow. We ended up with a little problem at the resort with our room but Nikki got on the phone right away and they made it right, more than right. We were so happy with the whole trip. I will not travel anymore unless I go through Nikki.

Nikki was absolutely wonderful in helping plan our first trip to NYC with my granddaughters, daughter and daughter-in-law. She gave us great options for places to stay, clearly explaining prices, amenities and proximity to attractions, which I appreciated. She also helped secure tickets for attractions we wanted to see which took so much stress off my plate. She even arranged our transportation from the airport to hotel which was a relief after traveling. Then on top of that she had a welcome treat for us in our rooms when we arrived! It was so thoughtful and perfect! We were starving! On our return day I ran into issues with an app for transportation to the airport. I called Nikki and she immediately stepped in and got things moving! Her prompt response and calm assurance meant more to me than I can express. Nikki did an awesome job with my trip to NY. My flight there was cancelled and I immediately called her to reschedule and it was resolved within an hour and I didn’t have to do anything! The hotel was awesome, Nikki told them why I was there and they left a personal note in my room. Highly recommend!

Our trip to Vegas went exceedingly well! We couldn't have taken this journey without Nikki's knowledge and professionalism! One thing that stands out for me is her thoughtfulness in getting all of our boxes checked off, from booking our flights, hotel and show tickets to fit perfectly with our limited days of travel! The Sphere was probably one of our highlights, but the shopping, restaurants and exploring the Vegas Strip was incredible! Nikki was fantastic at planning out our trip to Disney World. My husband and I had a blast! It was the best Disney experience ever!
