Nicki is an amazing agent from from the beginning stages of planning all the way to the conclusion of the trip. This last trip with Nicki was incredibly challenging and confusing due to the pandemic. We had our first attempt cancelled we cancelled the second and FINALLY we got to go in June of 2021. She navigated all of the finance issues that arose due to the cancelations and got us the most for our money for sure. I think Nicki was as excited for us as we were! Nicki was quick to address any questions or concerns we had and even talked to me on the phone when we had issues at the airport returning home from the Cancun airport. She checked in with us during our airport drama and offered possible solutions. Definitely a full service agent and I will always use Nicki for our future vacations!

Nicki was great at helping us with our once in a lifetime trip to Disney World. She helped us with hotel selection and quotes, moved the trip several times due to Covid, got us our park tickets with park hopping and Genie+, processed our payments, and sent us a great organized final package with so many tips and tricks. Nicki was always very prompt in responding to us and answering questions. We had a great time and were able to ride just about every ride that we wanted to and make some magical family memories!

The trip was great and Nicki’s customer service is top notch. She always answered questions with great detail and was very prompt with her responses. She knows all the ins and outs and has great tips and advice. The only part I would say that was a tiny bit frustarting was that there was not a good way of communicating that the private transfer I paid for included 6 people total but only 3 names were on the reservation from when I signed up my 2 kids and I. My girlfriend bought her two sons to make 6, which is the mac number you can have for private transfers but I got questioned both on pickup from the airport and pickup from the resort because they only showed the 3 names. Wish there was a way to include all 6 names for private transfers to avoid confusion. This was a minor thing that we worked through but just some advice in case it happens to someone else to see if you can get more names added to the reservation if those other people going with you did not sign up through Nicki. Overall, it was a 9.9/10!! Great trip!

This is our second time working with Nicki, in 2019 we celebrated with a large group of 18, and just recently celebrated with a smaller group of 7. Both times Nicki was super informative and very helpful. She is always available via email and is on it with extra requests or problems at the resorts. With all of her experience, she knows how to get answers and makes for a much smoother, stress-less vacation all around!

Amazing. Fun, she takes all of the stress off of your plate. She makes everything run smoothly. She takes the time to help you figure out (for Disney) what meal plan really is best for your family. She was right we did not need the biggest plan. We even had extra snack credit so we could take home some Mickey souvenirs. She helped us with so many different questions on every trip. We have referred her to our family and friends. We just wish we had meet her sooner. Every trip with her has been so smooth. We had one hiccup at Disney durning Spring break. It was on Disneys end. Disney rectified the situation immediately. Nicki was also calling them and us to get things fixed with our room. She is just so amazing. You will be so happy she helps you. Nicki responds to any and all questions in a timely manner! She is good about letting you know if she will be unavailable (traveling with her own family) so that you can plan and get any information you need ahead of time.

Nicki's correspondence before, during and after our trip was great! She informed us with deals/offers prior to booking, so we were able to take advantage of a couples massage package credit for booking by a certain time. During check-in, we had a little hiccup with our room type and she responded with a solution within minutes and it was even a Sunday! We were able to change rooms the next day. Nicki was great to work with, it definitely made for a stress-less trip, knowing we had her on our side.

Nicki's help with our trip saved us so much money! Having two young children (twins under 2 at the time) made our options a bit tough at times. We wanted a beach and pool and wanted to be on a beach. We wanted a smaller/quieter area of Florida and did not want to have to drive anywhere.

All I had to do was send Nicki the dates and what we are looking for and she made the flight arrangements for us! Next was choosing which hotel, and once that was complete she took care of that for us too!
