Shelley was fantastic to work with while planning our November 2025 Disneyland trip. She went well beyond simply booking - she took the time to understand our family, our kids, and the pace we wanted, and built a plan that actually made the trip enjoyable instead of overwhelming.
She explained the Disney systems clearly, handled reservations, and gave practical day-by-day guidance (especially around ride booking strategies). Her instructions were easy to follow and made a huge difference once we were in the parks — we avoided long waits, got the dining we wanted, and never felt lost trying to figure things out on our phones.
Shelley was responsive, proactive, and incredibly organized. Travelling with kids to Disney can be stressful, but because of her preparation we were able to relax and just enjoy the experience.
I would absolutely recommend her to any family planning a Disney trip.

First Disneyland Trip!

My three older children just returned from their first Disneyland trip and they absolutely loved it! Shelley answered every question I ever presented to her; she reached out often to me first though with helpful tips, or important information I needed for the trip. Shelley booked our Disneyland tickets on a Canadian sale and our hotel was perfect for distance/comfort/breakfast - we had loved the Disneyland excitement among fellow guests the hotel too. Shelley was amazing to work with to plan our first trip to Disneyland and it was on a whim! She helped plan which parks would be the best to visit on certain days as oogie boogie makes DCA close early and we did not get tickets for this trip. We kept our expectations low being first-timers and not knowing what to expect. Even with the heatwave and +40 weather each day was AMAZING. The direct flights to LAX and back to YEG were life-saving with kids and the hotel recommended by Shelley was lovey, the waterpark was a great way to wind down the evening. During the trip, Shelley checked in on us to ensure everything was going smoothly, which was very appreciated. I highly recommend getting in touch with Shelley for your next trip! I have never used a travel agent before and came into contact with Shelley. I told here where we wanted to go and the time frame we were looking at plus wanted the best deal. Shelley started her work and sent me emails with what she had found for us. It was better deal than the couple we were going with at the same hotel plus on the same flight. We stayed at New York New York the other couple had a SPA package that we went with and we had a regular king size room it was better room than the upgrade. There were no problems with any reservations that was made for us and was very very easy to book with shelly. I will be using her again great customer service plus follow up before and after the trip

Our experience working with Shelley was incredible, she came up with the perfect vacation for us. She listened and heard our choices, and made them a reality, right down to a perfect pool view room. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions before, during and after our trip. What really set her apart was when we experienced some issues with a flight cancellation. Shelley took away all the stress regarding contacting the airline and after many calls had negotiated compensation for us. She went above and beyond our expectations.
We highly recommend her to anyone who is planning a vacation and wants it to be as stress free as possible, she certainly did this for us!
We will definitely be contacting her again for our next vacation!

California Adventures

Shelley was wonderful in planning our California vacation. She let us know what was best to book though her and what we were better off to book ourselves (Costco car rental). We had an issue with our Universal transfers while we were away and she was vey quick to contact us back and handled the issue and we had a wonderful trip because of her.

Shelley made booking my trip so easy! Despite having to make changes several times, because of my plans changing, Shelley was there to do it all. The best part was there was NO FEE for booking through Shelley. At first I was leery using a travel agent thinking that there would be hidden costs to my vacation. But actually it would have been the same price if I booked myself but without the aggravation. Although I did not use Shelley's Disney expertise for my trip I have passed her information on to several friends who were interested in Disney. All I can say is wow! She is a wealth of knowledge and A Huge Disney lover her self which always shines through. On a previous vacation I was able to contact shelley while on my trip to ask for some extra tourist information. Despite the huge time change Shelley was right there with answers to all of my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. In fact I can't wait for her to plan my next trip, Bon Voyage.

She is the best!
She was always available and responsive she help me to plan and make the best decisions and on the end I decided to cancel my trip because all the fires around LA. My packet didn't allow me cancellations but she was amazing and got everything canceled without charges! I was so shamed to give so much work to her and so heartbroken that my dream trip was cancelled but she help me to overcome and got my dream trip together again just few days before we go and everything was wonderful!!!

First Cuba Experience

It was a last min trip that I was looking for as a birthday trip. She was so easy to work with. asked what I wanted and what I was looking for. She gave me multiple options and let me know when new cheap deals came up as soon as they did. She found my friends and I a trip that was less then our budget which was even better. I will definitely be using Shelley again in the future.
We stayed in Cuba, Varadero at Roc Arenas Doradas. Hotel as a whole was good. Food was better then I expected for Cuba. Given this was my first time in Cuba it was good minus the weather but that is a hit of miss any where you go. The hotel was clean and in good shape after the hurricane. The biggest complaint I have is they ran out of hot water a lot in our complex, and the staff is not as friendly as staff in Mexico.
