Shelley made our honeymoon trip absolutely amazing. My wife is usually worried about where to go and what to see and doesn't want to miss anything. Shelley was in constant communication even during our trip. Any questions we had were always answered and she was always providing us with any updates with our vacation. Even after a trip I booked had to be cancelled, she still helps me with questions I may have regarding my credit. She does not have to do this, as my credit now lies with the airline but always answers immediately and most importantly is always kind. Shelley was a life saver for this trip. She took care of everything including all our transportation once we arrived. The entire process was so easy. It was the most at ease and comfortable I have felt while planning on a vacation because she did all the hard work. All I had to worry about was how much to pack. I could not recommend Shelley more. We were planning a trip to WDW and a cruise for a large group that spanned over 3 families, 2 from opposite sides of Canada and an American friend.
