The highlight was riding the Jungfrau railway to the ‘Top of Europe’ something we would’ve never figured out how to book on our own. We skied in Grindelwald, sipped mulled wine under fairy lights, and enjoyed fondue by a roaring fire. Every train connection was smooth, every hotel had the exact atmosphere we were hoping for, and the itinerary balanced winter activities with relaxation. Julia even sent us a packing guide and coordinated a surprise spa day for my partner’s birthday. It felt personal, luxurious, and completely stress-free.
