Details are not my strong suit but they are with Nita. She thought of everything and made sure I had all options and activities to choose from. She left nothing to chance and as a result my vacation was perfect from start to finish. I had no stress during the planning process and felt 100% prepared for my trip. With all that is happening with Covid, there are so many more requirements and processes and had I booked on my own I would most definitely have run into major issues. NIta plans my family's annual Christmas vacation and every year she exceed my expectations. I travel with two small children and she makes sure everything goes smoothly for us. From the moment we step off the airplane, EVERYTHING has been arranged. Airport transportation, hotels, tickets to events, even dinner reservations all are on our mobile itinerary that she provides. The entire trip was an awesome experience from the flight, car rental, to the hotel stay. Delta Airlines were on time for departure and returning flight. We receive an upgrade on the car rental, just because we were nice and patient. (We had to pay taxes on the rental car when we got there, they say it was not included when the trip was planned). The Me Miami Hotel was to die for....top notch hotel, service was always on point, the staff was amazing and super helpful and friendly. We were informed by our agent that there was an additional fee for parking daily and we were okay with that.
Will definitely use your service again and recommend to friends.
