We truly loved working with Lori on our travel plans to Mexico. We were returning to Mexico City during Art Week so we didn't want to have specific tours arranged. We were concerned that restaurant reservations would be hard to get and she was able to secure some of the most popular restaurants during a very busy week. She had great recommendations for additional museum visits and areas to visit. While we had already made our flight reservations to Mexico City, Lori found the best flights to Oaxaca and made those reservations for us. We had three private tours in Oaxaca, all excellent and great value. The hotel she chose was lovely, in a great location with wonderful staff. All in all, Lori created a fabulous, hassle-free trip for us with many highlights. We will definitely be recommending her services and using her services in the future. We had a fantastic first trip to Vietnam that included five distinct areas each with their own charm for our party of four. Lori and Kylie did a wonderful job making sure we had seamless connections for the 28 flights, 5 hotels, 3 boats and countless ground routes. When flights and hotel changes happened they contacted us during the trip and took care of all the details.

What a wonderful trip! We have just been on a lovely three week holiday to some iconic destinations across America. The planning was made simple and stress free by Kylie and Lori from Travel 2Borders. We had some big hopes, wanting to see the West coast attractions as well as experience New York as it started to get festive in December. Kylie planned a jam packed itinerary that allowed us to tick off all of the sights we wanted to see ( we had a long list) and managed to do it within a very reasonable budget. We got to experience everything from the Hollywood sign, the famous LA palm trees, Disneyland, the Grand Canyon, Vegas nightlife, beautiful wineries in Portland, Mt Hood, and of course Lady liberty and the Empire State Building in NYC! All plans were made according to our preferences and the itinerary was easy to access on the Plan it easy platform. We’ve never been so excited for a trip and this one most definitely lived up to the hype. We can’t thank Lori and Kylie from Travel 2Borders enough for their wonderful travel service and for giving us the gift of a holiday we will remember forever!

Traveled to both Paris and London. We felt we were overly ambitious in what we wanted to see and do. We should have asked Lori to build in a few more blocks of down time, otherwise a nicely designed itinerary which included all activities we asked for. When our Louvre Museum time was cancelled due to the jewel heist, contacted Lori at that time and she quickly rescheduled that time a couple of days later so we were able to get that time in at the Louvre. What on the spot support!

Lori and Allie put together our Europe trip, with a layover in Iceland, on short notice and did amazing planning. They helped us structure the trip around our interests, we had video calls to exchange ideas, and Allie sorted out our flights to maximize points and desired travel dates. This trip had stops in Amsterdam, Germany and Switzerland. Allie arranged our rail passes, determining the best ticket option for our itinerary, and aligned accommodations with our requests. Additionally, when we needed to change our itinerary mid-trip, Allie jumped on a video call with us and planned out the modification. It was so helpful to have her insights throughout our travel planning. In sum, they are amazing partners and knowledgeable about navigating all aspects of international travel. We loved worked with them and are looking forward to future planning with Allie and Lori!

Lori and Kylie are awesome. I started planning a trip with my son (24) to visit my daughter (19) in Japan while she did a semester abroad. It became overwhelming as this was our first international trip. Found Lori & Kylie, and they were perfect to help put our trip together. Both are very knowledgeable about Japan as they frequently travel there. They found us hotels close to the rail lines which made navigation Japan easy. They also suggested some of their favorite restaurants, which was nice because there’s so many places to explore. We visited Kobe, Tokyo and Osaka. We skipping visiting Kyoto since we had a couple rainy days, but it is on our list for next time. We will definitely have Lori and Kylie plan our next trip.

Lori was very friendly and very patient and easy to work with when trying to schedule my trip to California from Oregon. It was the first time I reached out to a travel agency to book my hotel and airfare at the same time. She helps me find exactly what I was looking for with regards to the accommodation in my hotel and everything in between. I highly recommend her!

In Hanoi, our hotel in the Old Quarter was perfect. Lori's recommended guided tour covered the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Temple of Literature, and Hoan Kiem Lake with insightful commentary. Her dining suggestions allowed us to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

**Ho Chi Minh City**

Transitioning to Ho Chi Minh City was seamless. Our hotel was luxurious and well-located. The Cu Chi Tunnels tour was a standout, thanks to Lori’s expert guide. Shopping at Ben Thanh Market was enjoyable with Lori's tips.

Lori was great. She heard what we wanted and worked with us to fine tune everything until we were happy. She could have been more up front about the cost of her service, but, in the end, she booked everything we wanted under our budget, even including her fee. All the flights and accommodations she booked for us were great, just what we needed. Our trip was wonderful and stress-free.

I used Lori to plan my anniversary getaway in Cancun Mexico. I had never been to an all-inclusive resort and it was amazing. I told her my budget and she came in a bit under which made me feel great. I went during the tail end of Covid and I actually forgot Covid was a thing on my trip. The resort was amazing and the food was even better. I will book through Lori again.

This is my first time using a travel agent and I was pleasantly surprised. Lori had great must-see places to go in Columbia that were less touristic than the normal places.
