As a professional travel agent, I take my work very serious. For 13 years I worked as a professional cabinet maker and carpenter. I became a Journeyman, which meant a professionally trained carpenter. After that I became a welder for 4 years welding tractor parts and door frames for buildings. I also became a machinist for 1 1/2 years making parts for heavy equipment. What all this has in common is professionalism and an eye for details! And that's what I bring to the table as a professional travel agent.
Road Trip Professional
I love long road trips. My mother used to take us on long trips, traveling by car from central Illinois, to see family in Wisconsin. My father, as well, took me on family vacations to Florida, by car of course, to Disney World, Universal Studios Theme Park, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, and the beaches. Not to mention, the gator farms galore!
As I got older and started going on trips, I discovered train rides from the college town I lived in to Chicago, some 12 hours north. I also took a 2,000 mile drive from my home town in Illinois to Los Angeles, CA, twice! Those long road trips show off the beautiful landscapes every state has to offer. Missouri had the most forest I've ever seen.
