Tantalizing bliss

You couldn’t imagine how you get get 40 family members to a world vacation in a foreign land. The effortless booking by the agency seemed too good to be true utilizing every other bad experience from other bookers over the last forty years as my guide. This of course was unnecessary. Every plea to thwart a problem caused by my bank, gently solved by the booking agent. Handling my handicap, no problem. The airline contacted me with a detail flawless in its execution from JFK to my destination. The resort was aware without my request as I was the last guest for a flawless surprise for my sisters 60th !
The flawless itinerary had many excursions to keep 40 people busy, well fed, educated on the countries history even before we arrived. Our trip was meticulously mapped out for success. We covered the gamet of every age and gender from 75 year old aunts that looked fifty to great nephews and nieces as young as one. There was no shortage of adventure.

Joan, did an excellent job planning my in-laws cruise on the Queen Mary. She added them to an upgraded list, which they were upgraded to one of the Queen suite and they had a great time! After they departed the cruise, there was excellent execution from the ship to their hotel in Hamburg and then onto Mannheim. It was my good fortune to meet Joan Newton, President of JB Cruise & Tours in January 2017. From our first meeting, I knew I was dealing with a professional, who was very knowledgeable of the travel business and someone who was well-traveled and would guide me in the right direction. In short order she presented me with several considerations that were just the right fit for my discriminating taste. Joan even found single occupancy rates, which can be almost impossible to find. I booked my river cruise in January for July departure; and throughout the following months, Joan continued to be attentive and kept in touch with updates, reminders about payment deadlines, and all other pertinent matters. In fact because of her attention to all details, I purchased travel insurance which ended up being a wise choice because I had to cancel my trip but thankfully all costs were recovered. Thank you Joan for everything and I will definitely be calling upon you to re-book my trip.
