Bonnie was extremely helpful from the very beginning of our planning till the trip itself. Couldn't have figured it out without her. Disney has changed a lot over the years and she helped me with that. We had never stayed onsite before and had only briefly visited WDW once so we completely relied on her advice and she was so understanding and took time to answer questions. Sometimes over and over again.

I absolutely LOVE working with Bonnie. Travel arrangements are so stressful and she takes that all away. She thinks of everything.

Bonnie was wonderful to work with. I had procrastinated putting our trip to New York together until we were only about a month out from when I wanted to travel. Bonnie was able to get everything arranged in short time including tickets to some popular theatre shows. Bonnie arranged dinner reservations for multiple nights and the meals/atmosphere did not dissappoint! Rarely have I experienced the extraordinary level of customer service that Bonnie provides.

I was trying to book a family vacation to Hawaii and kept running into roadblocks (cost, Covid issues, lack of rental cars, etc.). I was spending hours on the internet and felt like I was spinning my wheels. I had never used a travel agent before, but was getting tired of the internet runaround, so decided to call Bonnie for some advice. She immediately went to work trying to find a good solution for our Hawaii trip, but also offered up other options that sounded equally, if not more enticing. We ultimately ended up going on a seven day cruise: leaving from New Orleans and traveling to Roatan, Belize, and Cozumel. It was phenomenal! Bonnie helped with every little detail. She took away all of the stress of planning and continually offered up fun suggestions and advice, that made the trip super fun and stress free!!! I plan on using her for all of my vacation planning in the future.

Bonnie planned a perfect Disney trip for our family. Hotel, Air, Shuttle, Tickets and even meals... everything was smooth and she thought of all the details.

O M G! Bonnie made the whole traveling process amazing! She even gave us personal Hawaii themed IDs for our luggage! First time going through a travel agent & it was the best experience! We are already planning our next adult trip!
