Amazing Trip!

Due to Covid, we had this cruise through the Panama Canal cancelled and rebooked three times. If I hadn't had Desiree as my travel agent, I'm not sure I would have kept trying. She worked so hard to make all the changes that were necessary. She knows exactly what she's doing and she's so friendly. She works really hard to get what her clients need, often going above and beyond. We ended up having the time of our lives, and I thank Desiree every time I think about how much fun it was and how much work she did for us.

Desiree is amazing! We were three adults traveling with three kids all under 3 to Disneyland and I couldn’t have done it without her. I have never used a travel agent before and Desiree was wonderful and so helpful. There were several hiccups with some of the booking I had been trying to do and Desiree was so capable and willing to contact them and take care of it on my behalf. For years I had dreamed of staying in an overwater bungalow in the memorizing waters of Bora Bora and Desiree made that dream a reality.
She patiently investigated and answered all my questions and ensured this was truly 'A trip of a lifetime'.
When one little blip happened at our hotel in Tahiti, we were fine and willing to adjust to it, but not Desiree. She was on the phone, finding out what happened and her efforts left me speechless. Five Star Travel Agent is NOT an exaggeration! Desiree excels in her professionalism ,courtesy ( and Kindness ). My trip was not a vacation or pleasure trip. With many concerns and challenges (for me, not her ). traveling with my Wife's ashes, and not having a way to and from the airport! All was arranged with expedience , detailed itineraries, and assurances that if there were any issues along the way (and there was , mine not hers ) that I could call. I highly recommend Desiree to help you book your next vacation. She helped us order our first Holland America Line cruise for New England and Canada. When the unexpected came up, she was right there to happily assist. Desiree answered all our questions and followed up on any new additions.
Desiree fills the personal touch void left by the ability to order vacations online. It seems like the vacationer can do it all now online, but they don't know what they don't know. For example, when it comes to ordering your cruise ship room, should the room be in the middle, front or near the back of the ship? Where should your dining table be? What about COVID19 regulations?

This is not our first trip where Desiree was our travel agent, and it won’t be the last. She went above and beyond right from the start, where she help us coordinate with 12 other people. Desiree also watched for any price drops and secured them for us. She quickly answered our questions, and we had a lot of them. We had a great cruise, and Desiree played a part in that. We rebooked a future cruise onboard and we are glad Desiree will be handling this booking as well.

We have booked several cruises through Desiree. Our most recent trip was for ten of us on a family trip. She was able to coordinate everything for us, and stayed on top of the cruise line, who kept unlinking us and putting us on separate dining times. Desiree communicated very well, and answered all of the questions that we posed. She also offered much needed and appreciated advice and planning tips. On a previous trip, she was able to help us out with a visit to Universal Orlando and saved us money too. We will definitely book our next trip through Desiree.
